Reserving A Room at Harris UMC

To reserve a meeting room for your event the following rules apply:
You must be non-profit,& show a non-profit tax ID#
Your request must be submitted in writing to the church office via u.s. mail, dropoff, email or fax 30 days prior to your event on the approved form.
Your group must be pre-approved by the Board of Trustees.All rental and media fees apply and are due prior to the event.
Request for Facility Use Forms, Facility Facts information booklet and room rates are available at the church office. Office hours are M-F 9:00am-4:00pm (Closed 12noon-1pm for lunch)
